What my brain looks like

Mwahahahaha

And literally as soon as i retired from my previous post Murray crashed out. He looks talented, but at least his game can grow reasonably out of the public eye, which can only be good for a player. No point in making him sweat yet - let him grow and be the British tennis champion (an oxymoron surely) we have all been dreaming of!

Come on !

Right, the time of year I hate the most, but massively love for many different reasons: We are now slapbang in the middle of Wimbledon.

This is a good thing because its a good benchmark to start summer off properly.

This is bad because of Henmania etc..... Idiots who normally do not watch/listen/get involved in any other sport who suddenly spend their days thinking they are doing the honourable thing by sitting on Henman Hill/Rusedski Ridge (or this year Murray Mound) and drinking champagne whilst discussing how Fucking great tennis is....... Leave it alone.

And then there's the media..... don't get me started on the media. The reason Henman or Rusedski have never won wimbledon is simple, they are simply not world class tennis players.

Please do not take this to be a slur against British sportsmen,, because as you all know, i am passionate about most kinds of competition. But Seriously, will we ever have a Wimbledon champion when as you are about to take every single shot, somebody shouts 'Come on Tim' etc?

No.... So watch the sport, get behind them but in a more British way. After all, Do I stand behind you at work, and everytime someone orders a Big Mac, shout 'Come on Phil!!!'?

Whenever Life Gets You Down, Mrs Brown

As the song 'Always look on the bright side of Life' said in Life of Brian, 'Life's a piece of shit, when you look at it'

Pretty sound advice, and one you should take with you, as I do, wherever ye shall be off to in your travels.

And if you think that things are bad, remember that you have things better than Wormy, the hairless cat - Available to sponsor now at eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1469&item=5590588384&rd=1

I Just Called to say

Hello, Actually. I have quite a lot of interesting things to say at the moment, as you can tell between by the time it has taken between my previous and this posting, but none of it really I wish to share with the Blogspot.

Maybe I should be a little unfaithful and get a LiveJournal, you know, play away from home for a bit.

More importantly, i feel the need to summarise the past few days, and particualrly the weekend in the musical events which have signified the important bits.

Me and Tom rapping 'H to the Izzo' on the way back to the cab at 3am saturday

The dance of Two fingers being waved in the air (although not in an Anglo-Saxon defiant manner)

Telling a passed out Alex that the only way he could prove he was still alive was if he sang 'signed, sealed, delivered' (Which - fair play to him he attempted, albeit it came out 'flunf')

The Great Kate Bush singalong. My us youths know how to have fun!

And thats about all i am prepared to divulge at the moment. Oh well back to real life.
